Edinboro highland games 2025

Last competition of our fantastic season

Grade 4 got 2nd place and won Dress and Deportment!  See below for tips on uniform care!  Grade 5 finished a close 4th with strong scores by the drummers.  We had some great individual performances as well.  Ken Decker, a grade 2 snare, got 1st in MSR, 2nd in Hornpipe/Jig, and 2nd in the 6/8 march.  Dan Cornwell, a grade 3 snare got 2nd in march and 3rd in strathspey/reel.  Shaun Shuetz was DRUMMER OF THE DAY with firsts in grade 3 snare march, strathspey/reel, and 6/8 march.  Michael Erwin, a grade 3 piper, got 1st in strathspey/reel, 2nd in 2/4 march, 4th, in jig, and 3rd in piobaireachd.

Ohio Scottish Games

Grade 4 got 2nd place and our Grade 5 came in 6th of 13.  

We're so proud of how both bands performed!

Bill Neumann: grade 5 pipes- 2nd march, 6th piobaireachd

Michael Erwin: grade 3 pipes- 1st in Jig, 2nd in 3/4, 3rd in 2/4, 4th in 6/8

Great weekend at the Chicago Scottish Games!

We finished 5th place in grade four behind our friends at 87th Cleveland in 4th, Chicago Stock Yard in 3rd, Kansas City St Andrews in 2nd, and Siren City with the win.

We've got to brag on our soloists too!

Come see us at the Ohio Scottish Games on the 27th and 28th of June at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds!  Grade 5 plays their quick march medley at 3:20, grade 4 plays their MSR at 2:40 and their medley at 4:30.

Alma Highland Games and Festival

We had a great weekend at the Games!  The new grade 5 band competed for the first time ever and the grade 4 band got its first 1st place since moving up!  Congrats to our soloists on their outstanding results:

Loch Norman Highland Games

Grade 4: 2nd place in both MSR and medley

This was our first grade 4 highland games and we did a great job!  We look forward to improving on today's performances in our upcoming events.

Wooster Indoor Results

In our first grade 4 competition ever, we got 2nd place! Awesome start to the season!
